Apples's iPhone 4 was a great success except the flaw in the antenna design which was later explained to be a maths error in the iOS software. But, iPhone 4S was believed to be a great success than iPhone 4, but now there are evidences from the iPhone 4S customers that there are poor battery performance. The reason likely to be a software bug in the OS.

Users are reporting that the on an average light use, battery consumption every hour is dropping by 12%, which will drain the whole battery in 4 hours. This is something serious with this Apple Phone.
The users are finding difficult on which app on Apple iPhone 4S is using their battery consumption. When the phone is in idle mode kept over is reportedly draining 10% of the battery.
The possible power drain on iPhone 4S might be Siri, iCloud, Calender reminder sync, iMessage, WiFi, Bluetooth, Location services and others. Now, Apple needs to act quicker to fix things up for its customers otherwise this is going to create a negative Apple hype among the Apple population.
